Be at least 19 years old at the time of the Short Course.
Be willing to lead workshops and discussions about various topics in regards to equality.
Be open-minded to others’ opinions and work well in a team.
Experience in facilitation is not required but plus.

General information
The UWC Austria Short Course "(RE)Defining Equality" takes place during the summer.
If selected as a facilitator you will be expected to partake in the organization and preparation of the Short Course; this includes Zoom Meetings, work on workshops, participants preparation etc.
If selected, you are expected to arrive a few days before the official start of the Short Course to prepare everything for the arrival of the participants.
The entire organization of this Short Course is run voluntarily, meaning you will be working as a volunteer, too.
Facilitators are provided with free accommodation in our residence and food during the course and cost related to activities of the programme will me covered. There will also be reimbursements of your travel costs available.
