OPENING UP: PROJECT PRESENTATIONS AND OPEN DAY

This morning we all finished our group projects. Some had more fun than others but in the end, everybody was proud of their results. We were rewarded by a lunch which was as tasty as always. We are proud that we solved our food waste problem.

Even though it was insanely hot outside, we had a great time in the city of Imst where our Open Day took place. Every country had their own stand with pictures, maps and – most importantly – lots of food. We had much fun discovering the cultures of each other’s countries. The fact that we didn’t have many visitors didn’t really bother us. We learned traditional dances and showed off our national costumes. We had a great afternoon.

When we were back at the LLA, we had dinner and we prepared our projects in order to present them to the group. Some of them were short films, and some were sketches or booklets. It was amazing to see what you, and all of us, could do in only six hours.

As every other day, we finished this exciting day with an Umbrella Group meeting. It was an amazing and multicultural one, which we will hopefully never forget.
